Position Overview
As Brand and Marketing Manager at Juvly Aesthetics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across our clinic locations, with a primary focus on growing our social media presence, creating seasonal marketing campaigns, and supporting current and new location launches. This role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to connect beauty/wellness offerings with our target demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Growth
- Develop and own all aspects of our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content that showcases our treatments, results, and clinic atmosphere
- Schedule and publish regular posts while maintaining brand consistency
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy to increase following and engagement
- Collaborate with staff to source before/after content and testimonials (within HIPAA compliance)
Seasonal Marketing Campaigns
- Develop quarterly marketing campaigns aligned with seasons and trends
- Create promotional materials for special offers and seasonal treatments
- Implement email marketing campaigns to existing clients
- Coordinate with clinic providers to ensure consistent execution across locations
- Track campaign performance and provide ROI analysis
New Location Launch Support
- Execute our established playbook for new location marketing
- Develop location-specific content highlighting unique offerings or staff
- Coordinate grand opening events and promotions
- Implement local SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Build relationships with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotion
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain our website with updated offers, treatments and location information
- Coordinate photography/videography sessions for marketing assets
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities
- Assist with client retention programs and referral incentives
- Prepare monthly marketing reports on performance metrics
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare
- Proven experience in growing social media accounts and engagement
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Creative eye for aesthetics and design
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in medical aesthetics, spa, fitness or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance related to marketing
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of local marketing strategies
- Photography/videography skills

Location & Hours
This position is based at our Columbus, Ohio clinic with travel to other locations as needed. Some evening/weekend availability may be required for events or campaigns.
