Immediate Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
- Advanced Skincare Treatments: Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
- Aftercare Education: Ensure clients are educated on at-home post-care to maintain results
- Provider Assistant: Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers
- Sales Performance: Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly treatment and skincare sales goals
- Clinic Growth & Development: Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
- Client education skills regarding skincare practices and post-treatment care
- Collaboration with team members to ensure integrated client care
- Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize among multiple requests
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards
- Accurate record keeping and documentation
Job Type
- Full-time, M-F, about 40 hours per week/in-office.
